1. Zero Personal Data Collection

SubGuard does not collect, transmit, store, or sell any of your personal data, subscription details, or financial information to third-party servers. We operate under a Zero-Knowledge architecture.

2. Bank Credentials & Accounts

SubGuard does NOT ask for, store, or connect to your bank account, credit cards, or online banking credentials. All entries are manually inputted or recognized locally on your device via OCR screenshot scanning.

3. Data Storage

All data created within SubGuard is stored locally on your iOS device.

4. Local On-Device Processing (OCR & AI)

When using features like screenshot recognition (OCR) or AI refund letter generation, all processing occurs entirely on your device. Image files and text inputs never leave your local environment.

5. Advertising & Third-Party SDKs

To keep SubGuard accessible, we use standard ad networks (such as Google AdMob) to display advertisements. These third-party services may collect anonymized device identifiers or operational data solely for ad delivery, fraud prevention, and performance attribution.

No Personal Data Sharing: We never sell, share, or expose your private subscription details or financial data to ad networks.

Privacy Controls: You can manage personalized ad preferences anytime through your iOS system settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking).
